Excellent appointment. My hygienist and dentist provide excellent service

I had an implant from the mid-90s put in by a long-ago dental practice that was loosening. Dr. Mumford was really helpful in talking to me about the issues (not having any information on what implant mechanism was used) options on how to identify it tighten it and what could be done if complications arose. He spent time on the phone with me to answer my questions (and I had a bunch). During the procedure, he kept me informed about what he saw, talked about each step and was able to successfully tighten the implant. He has a very low-key demeanor, and was personable and understood my anxiety about this issue blowing up into a much larger (and more painful) situation and took great care to move slowly. I drive over from West Hartford to use this practice and this was a very positive dental experience for a strange dental issue.

I am a new client in this practice. I was very impressed with the how welcoming they were with me. Judy at the front desk,very friendly and helpful. Cathy ,the hygienist was amazing she was friendly gentle with the scaling of my teeth as well explaining what she would be doing so I would know what to expect. Dr Mielcarek did his assessment and said everything looked good but there were a few old fillings that may need to be replaced if I had pain.

Great visit. I was welcomed by staff and my intake form completed. Through cleaning by the dental hygienist (Jane). Very professional office staff.

Dr. Hall is fixing my teeth & getting rid of my TMJ that I've had for 40 years. I think he's the best and kindest dentist I've ever had. And he's very patient!

Dr Doron went out of his way to make sure I had the dental treatment I needed before my hip replacement surgery. He called my surgeon to discuss the planned treatment, then he and his assistant stayed late to perform the procedure. His work has always been superior.

Excellent care

Had my cleaning with Jane. She is very professional and does a great job. Her communication with me during the cleaning and with Dr. Doron was super.

Wonderful visit to DA yesterday. Had my teeth cleaned by Jane who did a great job, and a filling replaced by Dr. Mielcarek. As usual, Dr. M and his terrific assistant, Nadine, made the experience painless and pleasant. Thank you!

Haley is the best and is exceptionally professional in her work as well as her compartment.

Expert and caring treatment by Dr. Doron and Cathy his RDH. They took sufficient time to talk to me about proper dental hygiene and corrective treatments. Others on the staff provided me with assistance in getting around the office. Dr. Doron avoided the expensive over treatment that had been proposed by another practice.

As always excellent care from both dental technician and DMD. Professional, all issues are explained well and staff are caring and friendly. Have been going to this group for many years and they’re great

Cleaning

Great staff. Well run practice. Dr Hall is the best! And as for Haley - she is terrific. Wonderful practice - I've been going here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care. My husband, adult children & spouses all go here now based on my recommendation and now their own experience. Keep up the great work!!!
