Dr. Doron graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1998. He then completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at UConn School of Dental Medicine.
After completing his residency, he practiced in Torrington, Connecticut, before being invited to return to UConn School of Dental Medicine as program director of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. Dr. Doron’s passion for general dentistry and his love for direct patient care brought him back to private practice at Dental Associates in 2009.
Committed to continuing dental education, Dr. Doron earned Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) in 2011. This commitment propelled him to achieve Diplomate status with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (D-ABDSM) in 2019.
His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Hartford Dental Society, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He has been named a “Best Dentist” in Hartford Magazine and a “Top Dentist” in Connecticut Magazine consistently since 2011.
Outside the office, Dr. Doron enjoys soccer, golf, traveling, road trips, and tending his vegetable garden during the growing season. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.
